Dr. David Sosa

originally from Buffalo, NY where he attended and graduated from D’Youville College, where he studied Biological Science and went on to earn his doctorate in chiropractic as well.  Upon graduating, he pursued his dream to move to beautiful San Diego and begin a new chapter.  Prior to becoming a chiropractor, he was a certified personal trainer for 10 years working with a wide array of populations.  Achieving maximum health is a balance and chiropractic is the avenue to allow the body to naturally heal itself.  The goal of chiropractic is to provide optimum function of the body, which is achieved through the spinal column.  This is the gateway to all systems, and chiropractic treatment provides this in a lock and key fashion.  Achieve your maximum potential and continue to push farther and harder to challenge yourself through this journey we call life

Jake Vuolo

I have found that throughout my entire life, there has always been one constant: fitness. Whether it be from team sports, individual goal setting, or recreational activities, the benefits from living a healthy lifestyle continue to develop me into a better person every day. I truly believe that every single person should have the opportunity to live a healthy and confident life. As your trainer I hope to enable my clients’ abilities to excel via proper education, individualized programming, and goal-oriented progression all within a safe environment. The most important aspect that I have found that enables clients to reach goals is mindset, what you're willing to put the work into you will achieve.

I received my B.S. of Exercise Science with a minor in coaching from Syracuse University. During my time at SU, I interned both with the D1 Strength and Conditioning collegiate program as well as an outside internship with former Detroit Tiger head Strength and Conditioning coach Dennie Taft. After graduating college and relocating to San Diego, I have worked with and been exposed to world class fitness coaches and I am excited to use that knowledge to help you reach your goals. Specialties include: Strength Training, Corrective Exercise & Rehabilitation, Body Recomposition, and Soft Tissue Manual Techniques.
